Was there a defining moment that made you realize real estate was the right career for you?
One of my first sales was a very complicated one that the seller didn’t think was possible to get done.
After many long months of fighting for my seller we were able to close and allow the seller to move on to their next chapter.
The satisfaction of helping my seller achieve his goals and me solving a very complicated puzzle was the point that made me believe real estate was a great fit for me.
How do you keep communication transparent when deals hit bumps?
I think the most important step is to start from the beginning of the relationship keeping the seller informed.
Always being proactive with communication and preparing the seller in advance of all challenges that might arise.

What habits show clients they can rely on you?
I believe it’s the little things that really give our clients the confidence to rely on us, such as always being on time, always calling proactively, providing our clients feedback before they ask.
My motto is: if the client is calling us we aren’t doing our job. We should always be calling them before they feel the need to call us.
