What inspired you to pursue a career in real estate?
My entire career has been in Sales & Marketing, starting with my first jobs at a Fortune 500 Company. After about 18 years I decided that I wanted to be in the Real Estate space. I honed my skills as an agent and then started my own brokerage. Why I do this is the key: I truly like to help people buy/sell homes. It is the largest investment the vast majority of people will make in their lives and I want to help them achieve their goal of home ownership.
What do you do to maintain long-term relationships with your clients?
When I first meet a new client, it is my goal to not only help them buy or sell their homes, but it is the start of a lifelong relationship with them as well. I get to know my clients and their family members and I stay in touch with them over the years. Many past clients will invite me to family functions as they (as do I) build this bond, which is lifelong.

They appreciate my honesty, sincerity and genuine regard for what they are trying to accomplish and my unwavering commitment to helping them achieve their goals. There is nothing like getting to the closing table and seeing the joy and happiness that my clients show, whether they are selling a home or purchasing one. In the last several years, I have also assisted many real estate investors, helping them with what is, for many, their primary source of income. I am blessed to be able to support them.
What’s the one piece of advice you give to anyone considering real estate in Atlanta?
One piece of advice that I give all my clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned sellers, is that purchasing or selling a home is the biggest investment they will make, and hopefully they will be able to benefit financially from this investment in addition to having a great place to live life.

How do you turn satisfied clients into referrals who recommend you to friends and family?
This is a great question. If you do an excellent job of helping a friend or family member, they spread that word to other friends/family, which results in my ability to continue giving back to the community by delivering unwavering service, advice and guidance during the process.
