What inspired you to pursue a career in real estate?

What inspired me to pursue a career in real estate was actually my dad. I started my career in banking and was on track to earn my mortgage license when he convinced me to explore the real estate side of the industry.

After getting both my mortgage and real estate licenses and completing my first mortgage transaction, I quickly realized that being a loan officer wasn’t the right fit for me—but real estate was.

Thank God for my dad and his persistence, because without him, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

What do you do to maintain long-term relationships with your clients?

To maintain long-term relationships with my clients, I focus on genuine connection and consistent communication. I make sure to stay in touch even after closing—checking in on how they’re enjoying their new home, sending holiday or anniversary messages, and being available whenever they have questions or need advice.

I also love providing value through market updates and helpful homeowner tips so they know I’m always here as a trusted resource, not just during the transaction but for years to come.

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned working in South Florida real estate?

The most valuable lesson I’ve learned working in Florida real estate is that every client and every transaction is unique. In a market as dynamic as Florida, adaptability and patience are key.

I’ve learned that success comes from truly listening to clients’ needs, staying ahead of local trends, and keeping a positive, solution-focused mindset—because in real estate, things don’t always go as planned, but there’s always a way to make it work.
